Announcement    My current processing time (before getting to the post office) is approximately 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS. I have shipping upgrades at checkout if needed. I ship through USPS, which is unfortunately TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL AND IS CURRENTLY EXTREMELY UNPREDICTABLE, especially with all the storms lately!!! Please take that into consideration when ordering. Please note that my Policies Section incorrectly states 8-9 days, but I cannot edit that section at this time.

Colors may vary from monitor to monitor or phone to phone. All my phone settings are set at the middle, including brightness. If you have questions about a color, please message me and I will describe a product in greater detail. I am unable to accurately color match, as how it looks on my computer is not the same as it prints. Thank you!

Product Details: Sizing and Differences in Sheet Types?

All listings should have a sizing grid or sizing details. Pay attention to sizing!

All products and equipment are FDA Certified, gluten-free, allergen-free and nut-free, however, our facility is NOT gluten or nut-free.

Wafer paper is made from potato starch, palm or olive oil, and water. It is semi-opaque, so prints are somewhat muted. It is rigid and feels like stiff paper. It is almost tasteless, with a taste that is similar to a regular cake cone that you would find at an ice cream store.

Icing sheets are made from sugar and are very sweet. Colors print brightly. Icing sheets arrive on an acetate backing that must be peeled away from the icing sheet before using.

Processing Time and Shipping?

Our current processing time is 7-8 BUSINESS DAYS, as all products are custom made and made to order. This is the time it takes to create and package your order BEFORE it gets to the post office.

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Etsy will email you with shipping details and a tracking number when your shipping label is created. We see the same tracking info that you do. I can let you know when it will ship out, but once it leaves my hands it is out of my control. I cannot guarantee when you will receive your shipment for any type of shipping service. USPS has been taking extra time lately AND they are not guaranteeing any type of service at this point! Please keep that in mind when ordering.

Cancellations and Returns?

We are happy to cancel within 24 hours of ordering. If more time has passed, please message me and we can cancel if the order has not yet been started. I can usually cancel, so don’t hesitate to ask!

We do NOT accept returns, as food items cannot be returned for any reason due to health regulations. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please read item and sizing details carefully so you know what you are ordering.

If you have purchased a CUSTOM item that is not in our store and wish to cancel before item is created, design fees will not be refunded.

All custom design fees are non-refundable.

Rush Orders and Shipping Upgrades?

I no longer offer a 24-hour turnaround option. I have a full time job and kids, and my schedule can vary.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please consider those if in a hurry. Written requests in the notes section to "ship asap" cannot be accommodated, as all orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they were purchased.

Also please read shop announcements. Periodically I am traveling for volleyball or for work, and will announce if shipping dates will be delayed.

Store Hours?

Our store is always open and we process purchases in the order in which they are received.

Please allow 24 hours for a reply to your question. If you do not hear from me by then, please message again.

Shipments go out Tuesday-Friday. Please pay attention to any shop announcements on my main page for additional information that might apply to a specific period of time.

Delayed or Missing Package Procedures?

We see the same tracking info that you do. We do not have access to any extra information.

If the order is marked DELIVERED and you did not receive it, you must contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

If your order has not arrived and is still in transit, you will need to contact USPS with the tracking number for delivery information. We do not accept returns for late delivery, as we have no control over the shipping process.

Refunds will only be issued if we are at fault for the late delivery of getting the order to the post office. It is the buyer's responsibility to add the correct shipping method when placing the order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items?

Please contact me if items you ordered are missing from the package, incorrect, or damaged and we will work forward from there. I am always eager to fix my mistakes.

For damaged or missing items caused by the shipping process, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim. I will do my best to resolve any problems.

Custom Orders?

I have a custom order listing, but it has limitations: I am happy to print what you send, but I do not search for images and I do not create custom images or modify what you send. I can only add simple text to your image.
